How is this legal?
Cannabis is a plant. Marijuana and Hemp are legal terms.
The 2018 Farm Bill provides support, certainty, and stability to our nation’s farmers, ranchers, and forest managers by enhancing farm support programs, improving crop insurance, maintaining disaster programs, and promoting and supporting voluntary conservation
Hemp production was made legal under the US 2018 & 2020 Farm Bill. The Farm Bill distinguished hemp from marijuana by ruling that cannabis products are not considered drugs unless they contain over 0.3% Delata-9-THC, and can therefore be used and distributed legally.
Where are your cannabis products made?
All of our cannabis products are made locally in-house – as they should be. The headquarters of Seedless Green Farms is located in Elberta, Al where all of the magic happens.
While we do grow our own strain and varieties, sometimes crops require remediation or destruction if they do not fall into the 2018 and 2020 Farm Bill guidelines. Fortunately for us, we source locally with organic and ethical farmers to help fill the gaps.
